Celebrating Diversity by Learning and Living Together

Learning and Living?
A celebration or a mishap?
Variety - an essence or a fault?

Questions and answers
which don't interlock?
But the future - the answer or what?

Faith, peace and diversity,
bring together all the doubts,
queries and hopes.

With harmonious wave links.
Spices, cultures, education.
With no barriers or walls.

Backgrounds, exploration, strategies,
MULTICULTURALISM!!
It's in our hands...!!

Languages lead the way,
bridging all our differences,
and overcoming stereotypes.

A better World - a better place,
Happier emotions,
no matter what race.

Schools, schemes and programs,
Cultural needs, tastes and reflections.
A Celebration demonstrated by US!!!

This is a drawing of Daruma otosi. There is one Daruma otosi in our class. Did you ever see this? I'd like to tell how to play with Daruma.

First, pick a hummer and strike the bottom part of peace. If you do good, you see the safe Daruma. But if you act bad, Daruma will turn over there. Next, you do the same thing as only Daruma is. This is how Pamela write in Japanese language.

Images are from Isamu Shimazaki's web pages for our Playground project and temperature charts where we are recording the daily temperature for the month of May.
