File Management

Students in Mrs. Weeg's Compass Lab have a special folder of their own on the campus network. In these folders all students will save their files. When studnts name their files they should remember these guidelines:

  1. Files should be named with all lowercase letters and no spaces between the letters.
  2. Filenames should give us a clue about what is in the file.
  3. Filenames may not include punctuation or such characters as the forward or backward slashes (/ or \) .
  4. Students must save their files in their own folder and not a folder that belongs to another student.
