Six airports and two days later,
our excursion was finally a reality.
We were in Galway
in time to see the St. Patrick's Day parade. Then we toured
southwestern Ireland before visiting with our friends in
Dublin.

This was one of the most memorable
experiences the Waimalu students had on this excursion. The warm
welcome and variety of activities overwhelmed the Hawaii students,
parents, and teachers. We look forward to a continued relationship
between our two schools for many years to come. We would hope to some
day repay the hospitality shown us to any student, teacher, or
administrator who has the opportunity to visit
Hawaii.
