Math and Science Collaborative Projects

By: Tricia Thompson

Using collaborative projects, students will learn how to apply the knowledge and thinking skills of mathematics, science, and technology to explain Real-World Phenomena.

There are many projects in which students can participate with their peers around the world using technology in the classroom to enhance their education. Students can participate in projects that collect data from their community and share it with others around the world. The data collected from others can then be organized and analyzed. Other projects include creating math word problems relevant to your community in which other students can solve and your students try to solve other students problems.
